This epic suite in 3 movements is a sequel to Gregson’s ‘The Sword the Crown’ and is similarly based on the composer’s music for the Royal Shakespeare Company. The score requires synthesizer, recorders and an Irish-style folk group as well as much percussion. It provides a visual spectacle as well as a musical one.
