Petr Hapka (1944-2014) was considered the great man of Czech film music. The composer wrote the music for more than 100 productions. Among others for the German-Czech fairy tale movie DAS ZAUBERBUCH with Tina Ruland, DES KAISERS NEUE KLEIDER with Harald Juhnke and SNOW WHITE AND THE SECRET OF THE DWARFS with Gudrun Landgrebe. In 1979 Hapka composed the score for the film BRONTOSAURUS by Vera Plova-Simkova. A twelve-year-old named Dana Vávrová (later a famous actress and married to the director Joseph Vilsmaier) was there.
