"Hurra Hurra" are the first words of the title song for the popular Bavarian TV-Show "Meister Eder und sein Pumuckl". Erwin Jahreis used this as title for his medley including the title melodies of great German TV-Shows for kids from the 1980's. Some of these shows are still aired today.
