Hans Finatzer | Compositeurs

Hans Finatzer was born in 1973 in Bozen, now living in Kaltern.
He attended the conservatory in Bozen, graduating in 1995, followed by further studies in Munich and Bamberg.

Hans Finatzer is member of several orchestras and ensembles (Arturo Toscanini-Parma, Streicherakademie Bozen, Windkraft Tirol, Young Brass Quintett), and performed as trombone soloist with the Bozen and Trient Haydn Orchestra.
He was conductor of the Terlan Concert band for 10 years. Since 2010 he is musical director of St. Pauls Concert Band. Furthermore he leads the project „Brassband Überetsch“ since 2008. Finatzer is teacher for trombone/euphonium at the music school of South Tyrol, where he also leads the department of wind instruments. He is also in demand as national and international juror.
