Info

The Royal Duke is an arrangement of The Duke Gloucester's March by English 17th century composer Jeremiah Clarke, who today is mainly remembered for his keyboard music. This arrangement by Rob Wiffin stays faithful to the form of the original but uses the different colours and textures of the concert band. The Royal Duke is a martial piece of true pageantry which will make an ideal concert opener.
