Info

Latin American music makes you feel an abundant zest for life and gaiety, it reminds you of carefree vacations, white beaches and lively festivieties. In Pachanga-Time Luigi di Ghisallo revives the hot rhythms of the Carnaval do Brasil, the Brazilian carnival and in fell back to traditional elements order to depict this atmosphere: First there is the Pachanga. This dance, based on two chords, was originally played on a violin, accompanied by one or more singers and performed by a small band of musicians. In this composition, however, the pachanga is to remind us of a Latin American style dance band playing its cheerful music on the beach of Copacabana. Jump in the Line and Coca Conga, a Brazilian-type march, really make you join the happy singing and a definitely rhythmic polonaise on the beaches of Rio. So, let yourself get enchanted by these hot rhythms and taken to exotic distant lands.
