Info

According to the young composer Markus Götz, the fantasy ADEBAR’S TRAVELS goes back to the “summer of the storks, 2003”. The piece musically describes the flight of the storks towards the south. The various stages of the journey are:

On the Church Steeple / The Journey Begins / Gathering at Sunset / The Lure of the South / Welcome to Africa / Looking Back.

Storks are generally considered to be lucky charms and in fables and tales they are referred to as “Adebar”.
