From the Highlands - DHP1104894 | Musica

On a travel through Scotland, Mario Pütz had the idea to write a piece for wind band, based on Scottish folk songs. Shortly before his flight back home he bought a teaching book for flute with folk songs, which he enriched with new harmonies, additional passages and therefore created "From the Highlands", great suite for wind band, which is both joyful to hear and of educational value.
