80er KULT(tour)

Medley Without any doubt the 1980’s were a decade of top-class pop music. As a “child of that time” it was a long-time wish for Thiemo Kraas to write a medley with German-language songs from this era (Neue Deutsche Welle) having continuous popularity up to today. The five titles he selected certainly enjoy true cult status!
In his great arrangement “80er-KULT(tour)” Thiemo Kraas masterly treats those five hits, using both their musical differences and commonalities. After presenting the first three songs “Skandal im Sperrbezirk”, “Ohne dich (schlaf’ ich heut Nacht nicht ein)” and “1000 und 1 Nacht” in sequence, he ingeniously combines the two remaining songs “Sternenhimmel“ and Falco’s “Rock Me Amadeus”. In his “80er KULT(tour)” Thiemo Kraas managed to stay very close to the original songs and at the same time give his particular hallmark to each title – paired with a little musical wink.
Includes:
1. Skandal im Sperrbezirk (Spider Murphy Gang)
2. Ohne dich (schlaf´ ich heut Nacht nicht ein) (Münchener Freiheit)
3. 1000 und 1 Nacht (Zoom!) (Klaus Lage Band)
4. Sternenhimmel (Hubert Kah)
5. Rock Me Amadeus (Falco)
